Exercise
A great way to stay in shape so you can maintain a relationship with nature is a simple daily workout "only 30 mins a day":
-stretch for 5 mins
-a cardiovascular exercise, such as; walking, running, swimming, cycling, ect., for 5 mins
-weight lifting, switching up upper and lower body every other day, for 15 mins. (small weight is better then no weight)
-ending walk for 5 mins
